SALES: On-SITE Phone Sales
FULL TIME POSITION | 5 DAY WORK WEEK | WAGES BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Preferred Skills:

4 wheel drive and Jeep knowledge a must
Must have excellent phone skills; previous call center experience a plus
Ability to assist the customer with pricing, order taking, tech questions and processing orders
Ability to follow-up with customers and handle customer concerns in a professional, courteous manner
Calls must be handled in a professional and courteous manner with customer satisfaction as the main priority
Basic computer skills required; working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, a plus
Knowledge of UPS Worldship and Magento software a plus
Good organizational skills
Willingness to learn and recognize opportunities for advancement
Self-starting leader willing to make things happen on their own

CNC Machinist
FULL TIME POSITION | 5 DAY WORK WEEK | WAGES BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Preferred Skills:

3 to 5 years of machinist experience required
Must be able to do set ups and operations without assistance
Ability to select proper tools and speeds for various machining processes
Ability to operate multiple machines when necessary in order to maximize time management and work flow
Ability to prioritize work and responsibilities, and assume multiple tasks without close supervision
Ability to adapt to change and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
Experience performing general preventative maintenance to machine shop tools and equipment
Experience working with Haas CNC Lathes and mills
Willingness to learn and cross-train on other equipment, including laser cutting machines and CNC press brakes
Ability to keep the work area clean and organized to a high standard
Self-starting individual with a can-do attitude towards getting things done quickly and accurately

WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING MANAGER
FULL TIME POSITION | 5 DAY WORK WEEK | WAGES BASED ON EXPERIENCE | BENEFITS

Responsibilities Include:

Reading pick tickets and invoices, and packaging orders
Verify that all parts being shipped are correct and packaged for safe arrival
Ability to guide other associates to pull and package invoices properly
Keep warehouse organized and inventory in order
Self-starter that can suggest improvements to the existing system with an eye towards efficiency and customer service

Preferred Skills:

1-year warehouse management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to recognize shipping and invoice mistakes before they become a customer service problem

PART ASSEMBLY PERSON

FULL TIME POSITION | 5 DAY WORK WEEK | WAGES BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Preferred Skills:

Automotive knowledge a plus but not a must
Good organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and assembly area
Willingness to learn and recognize opportunities for advancement
Willingness to cross-train for other positions
