RUSTY'S OFF-ROAD PHONE SYSTEM
To ensure the best service possible, Rusty's has several customer service agents available that can answer any questions you might have. Most of the time when you call, a real live person picks up the phone and not some automated system! However, we do occasionally experience a high volume of calls, in which case our automated backup system will pick up. You can either wait for the next available customer service agent, or you can leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please remember that we manufacture specialized products which frequently require lengthy communications with our customers, so if our lines are busy, please keep trying.

This includes questions about what lift to buy, which parts you need, what parts fit your vehicle or how to install something. Due to the specialization of our parts it is easiest to answer these questions over the phone as we'll be able to quickly determine what vehicle you have and your goals.

We strive to ship within 2 days but due to the specialty of our products it sometimes takes a little longer. Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping. Custom orders may take longer. Rusty's is a highly specialized company; we build, fabricate, and box nearly all of our products. We are not a Manu-packer. We recommend that you verify having received all of the products needed before tearing down your vehicle.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Rusty's Off-Road Products (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a tracking number and tracking information. UPS tracking numbers are not immediately available so please refrain from calling or e-mailing right after you order. Once the order is processed by UPS, you will receive an e-mail with all of the necessary tracking information.
Do you want to know how much something will cost to ship? Simply add the item or items to the shopping cart. Within the shopping cart you will see a box where you can enter your zip code in order to see shipping options and prices. You do not need to enter any personal information or a credit card number in order to receive a shipping estimate.
We do ship internationally
, just not via the website. Currently the website will only process orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada. You'll need to call (256-442-0607) or fax (256-442-0017) your order form if shipping outside the U.S. and Canada.
