2016 Jeep Beach

Thursday, April 28, 2016
We once again headed down to Daytona Beach for the largest Jeep event in the Southeast. Held on the infield of the Daytona Motor Speedway, Jeep Beach was host to thousands of Jeeps and hundreds of vendors this year. We brought a rig full of parts and display equipment and pretty much stayed covered up on both show days. We did have a chance to sneak away to the beach for a little bit, and we were also able to check out some of the cool Jeeps on hand. The obstacle course was a great attraction for stock and modified Jeeps alike, and there were more than enough vendors on hand to keep people busy for hours checking out all of the cool Jeep products on display. Thanks to all that stopped by, and we'll see you all next year!

2014 PA Jeep Show

Saturday, July 19, 2014
It was another great year at the PA Jeep Show! Thousands of Jeep fans turned out for the show, which is held at the fairgrounds in York, PA. We brought a whole truck full of parts and products, from lift kits to skid plates to accessories, and more, and made some great deals to those that attended. Ian from Xtreme Off-Road was there filming some segments, and as always the obstacle course was a great source of entertainment. A sincere thank you to all that stopped by our booth to say hello and check out the latest stuff, and we'll see you guys next year!

2014 Jeep Beach

Thursday, May 1, 2014
Jeep Beach was a HUGE success this year! With an expanded two-day show on the infield of Daytona International Speedway and a record number of participants, we stayed pretty busy in the booth. The obstacle course was one of the best yet, with plenty of challenges and plenty of carnage as well! Thanks to all that stopped by our booth to check out the latest and greatest we have to offer, and we'll see you again next year!

2014 Southern Off-Road Adventure Rally

Friday, March 14, 2014
This was the first time we attended this event and it was a great success! Lots of people came out with their Jeeps to try their hand at several of the man made obstacles. As usual we brought our toter out along with three Jeeps for display. We had a busy day and answered a lot of questions about our products. Thanks to all that came out and we hope to see you next year!

2012 PA Jeeps

Tuesday, July 24, 2012
This year's PA Jeep show turned out to be a wet one. Though the forecast said the rain was supposed to subside by Saturday morning, they were off by a full day. Still, plenty of people turned out for this year's show and we ended up talking with a lot of past, present, and future customers! The obstacle course was great as always (and made better by the wet weather) and there were plenty of Jeeps on hand to check out. This year we brought our 4-door JK that was built on Xtreme 4x4 and also debuted our low-slung TJ on 42s. Both Jeeps seemed very well received. This was also the first event for our new trailer, which worked out great despite a few bugs you'd expect with a brand new custom-built hauler. The weather finally broke on Sunday afternoon and the remainder of the event was very nice. PA Jeeps remains one of our must-attend events and we look forward to seeing everyone next year!

2012 Horse Hole Creek Jeep Jam

Wednesday, May 16, 2012
One of our first events to attend this year, the 2012 Horse Hole Creek Jeep Jam did not disappoint. Held near Inglis, Florida, the event features an obstacle course, a show & shine, and of course a vendor area. We were able to hand out a lot of information about our new products and it was nice to visit with people and discuss the next upgrades they had planned for their Jeeps. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello, and if you're ever in the area, this is one event you'll want to check out!

2012 Jeep Beach

Wednesday, May 16, 2012
The 2012 Jeep Beach event was another great success! We would estimate about the same number of participants as last year, which means there were plenty of people trying their hand at the obstacle course, checking out the vendor row, and of course making their rounds on Daytona Beach. We're always amazed at variety of Jeeps that show up for this event; it seemed like just about every year of every model of every color was represented! The beach parade was especially impressive, with a line of Jeeps that stretched as far as the eye could see. Even the weather cooperated this year; though it was plenty warm, there was none of that liquid sunshine that sent everyone packing a little early last year. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Rusty's booth to say hello, and you can be sure we'll be back next year!

2012 Easter Jeep Safari

Monday, April 9, 2012
The 2012 Easter Jeep Safari was great this year! The weather cooperated for the most part (rain only one evening but some fairly heavy winds off and on throughout the week), and though attendance seemed a little down as compared to last year, there were still a ton of Jeeps in and around Moab all week. Though we were planning on displaying this year, things got a little hectic at the last minute and we decided to take this year to just enjoy ourselves and get some pictures. And boy did we ever cover some ground! This year's list of trails included Hell's Revenge (parts of it three times!), Fins & Things, Porcupine Rim, Poison Spider Mesa, Golden Spike, Gold Bar Rim, Pritchett Canyon, and Kane Creek. We also spent some time at some of the big obstacles in Moab, including Potato Salad Hill, the infamous Hot Tubs, Escalator, Golden Crack, and Double Whammy, where we got some great shots of Jeepers doing their thing. We had the opportunity to 'wheel and catch up with a lot of our industry friends and customers as well. If you're even mildly interested in four-wheeling, you need to put the Moab Easter Jeep Safari on your bucket list! Thanks again to the Red Rock Four Wheelers for another great year in Moab!

Rusty's Off-Road is a leader in the four-wheel drive industry with our innovative line of Jeep-specific products. Our in-house manufacturing and R & D keeps our products on the cutting edge. With our in-house manufacturing we are able to control costs and sell retail at wholesale prices without sacrificing quality.

We have over 30 years of hands-on experience in the off-road vehicle industry, which has provided us with the knowledge that few of our competitors can equal. Rusty's has grown from a small business serving a regional market to the worldwide company we are today. We have grown from a small 2 bay shop to an ever-increasing 65,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility. Yes, we too started off with torches and big hammers, but today it's high-tech measuring devices, precision machining centers, lasers, robots and a group of very dedicated employees who produce what we think are the very best off-road products available today.

Below are just a few shots of our facility, our equipment, our people, and our growth over the years. We're proud to say that everything we manufacture is Made in the USA and Trail Tested Tough!

2011 Bantam Jeep Festival

Sunday, August 14, 2011
Butler’s American Bantam Car Company developed, produced and delivered the Bantam model in 1940 in response to the U.S. Army’s request for an all-purpose military vehicle. Nearly 3,000 jeeps were produced at Bantam’s Butler factory in 1940 and 1941. The Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival is a tribute event for the father of all jeeps, the history behind it, the people who created it, and its birthplace, Butler, Pennsylvania. We got into Butler early Friday and got the new Rusty’s rig parked and set up our display before heading up into town to check out the parade. Man was I ever surprised with the parade, I have been to a lot of Jeep events but I have never seen the local people come out to the streets to help support this event. Saturday was a great day, the weather was great and the people came to play. The event had a jeep show, an off road track, and a vendors row. There where also displays so you could learn of the Bantam Jeep heritage. Saturday was finished up with several bands and the Fabulous Thunderbirds wrapped it up. The night brought us rain and cooler weather but this didn’t slow the people from coming out. Sunday was a great day as well till about 2 and the rain came again. I’m sorry for the lack of pictures but we didn’t have the support crew we needed so we had to stay around our booth most of the time. If you are in the area next year you should make planes to come, we would love to see you.
