Rusty's Skids - Engine/Tranny Skid - ('03-'06 TJ/LJ)

The engine oil pan and the tranny pan on your Jeep are just thin stamped steel; it doesn't take much to punch a hole in them. We know from personal experience that damage from rocks, stumps, and logs can bring a great trail ride to a screeching halt.

Rusty's Engine / Tranny Skid Plate picks up where the crossmember or belly pan leaves off. This skid plate provides effective protection to the engine oil pan, transmission, and exhaust. The mounting brackets are manufactured from 3/8" thick steel while the skid plate itself is 3/16". This skid plate is completely bolt-on and includes all of the necessary hardware along with installation instructions. This skid plate works on both four- and six-cylinder engines with or without a lift and does not interfere with the front driveshaft.

Please note this skid plate will NOT work with Rusty's long-arm system.
