Rusty's Bumper - Front Trail Bumper w/ Upright Winch Mount - XJ

We have always been an XJ Cherokee specialist, and we're constantly coming up with new ideas and refining designs. Our latest XJ trail bumper addresses the needs of those that want strong plate steel bumper that maximized ground clearance, didn't hurt approach angle, and accepts an upright winch with an integrated solenoid pack. You asked, and we delivered!

The new XJ Trail Bumper for upright winches is constructed of 3/16" and 1/4" thick laser-cut steel that has been CNC formed for a precise fit. Unlike our competitors, it is powder-coated for long-lasting durability. It pokes away from the grille a little farther than our RA-BM110-XJ bumper, but it incorporates a winch mount accepts the most common and popular upright winches with integrated solenoid packs placed over the winch drum (such as the Warn Xeon winch line) rather than low-profile winches. The mount is also dual-drilled to accept competition-style short-drum winches, such as the Warn 9.0RC. The bumper also offers complete front end protection and tapers towards the ends in order to maximize clearance in front of the tires. Further, it incorporates lightening holes on the lower edges, which helps reduce overall weight. The light mount was built to accommodate two small spot or driving lights, or a single Rigid LED light bar! Last but not least, two D-ring mounts are incorporated into the bumper for sturdy recovery points. Shown with optional Pre-Runner Bar.

The winch mount is well reinforced and is rated to handle winches up to 10,000 lbs. It can accommodate most popular competition and integrated solenoid (upright) brand winches and short-drum competition-style winches, however, it's impossible to test-fit every winch on the market and some may require slight modifications to fit. We recommend quality Warn winches like the Xeon series or any other quality domestic winch brand. Don't settle for cheap offshore winches...remember, when you need a winch, you NEED a winch that you can rely on when things go sideways.
