Rusty's ship's within 2 to 10 business days from the time an order is received. If there is an issue with inventory and there may be a longer delay, we will contact you. Rusty's is a highly specialized company; we build, fabricate, and box nearly all of our products. We are not a manu-packer. Rusty's orders may take longer depending on the build; please allow 2 to 10 business days for bigger suspension kit orders, many small parts and less complicated kit's will ship within a few days.
Shipping may include one of, or a combination of USPS, UPS, and Truck Freight shipping methods. We ship with multiple different carriers to provide the fastest shipping method possible for the items order and your shipping designation.
When an order ships, we will send a tracking email providing the whereabouts of your delivery. Please be sure to check your email (spam folder too) for a delivery notice with tracking information. If you created an account for checkout you can also check your order status via the website.
Yes we do! Rusty's Off Road Products has extensive experience dealing with shipping orders to international customers. Whether we ship to you direct or you need us to ship to a freight forwarder for domestic consolidation, we can service your needs. All international orders must be paid by bank wire transfer.
