3/4" to 2" Kits – Budget Boosts, Leveling, and Everyday Capability
Our 3/4” Budget Boost and Leveling Kits are ideal for daily-driven Gladiators that need a little extra clearance without sacrificing ride quality. These bolt-on kits use poly spacers and shock extensions to retain factory geometry, making them easy to install with minimal modifications.
For more serious setups, our 2" Basic and Advanced kits include Rusty's coil springs, tuned shocks, extended sway bar links, and track bars for improved flex and control. The 2" Overland Advanced Kit adds rear triangulated 4-link geometry and air bag compatibility—perfect for overlanders who carry heavy loads but want to maintain comfort and capability.
4" Advanced Kits – Trail-Ready, Big-Tire Performance
Rusty’s 4" Advanced Kits are built for drivers who want maximum flex, clearance for 37s or 40s, and the confidence to take on difficult terrain. These systems feature progressive-rate coil springs, extended brake lines, adjustable control arms with forged flex joints, and front and rear HD track bars. Add the optional triangulated rear 4-link for even greater articulation and axle control—without the factory track bar.
4" Overland Advanced Kits with Rear Air Bags – Built to Carry More, Go Farther
For serious overlanders and expedition rigs, Rusty's 4" Overland Advanced Kits with Rear Air Bags are game changers. Instead of coil springs, these kits use a fully integrated rear air bag suspension system designed to handle loads from 500 to over 1000 pounds—no more sagging or overloaded springs. Controlled by a hardwired in-cab TouchPad, the system automatically levels the vehicle front-to-rear and side-to-side, regardless of gear, passengers, or trailers.
With a 3-gallon seamless air tank and underbody-mounted compressor, you’ll not only keep your Gladiator perfectly level under load, but also have onboard air for tire inflation and trail tools. The kit includes all the proven components from Rusty’s Advanced Kit up front, ensuring strength, stability, and performance on every part of your adventure.
Rear 4-Link Conversions
Already running a lift? Rusty's rear 4-link upgrade kits eliminate the factory track bar and convert your JT to a true triangulated setup. This improves suspension travel, stability, and axle control—especially when flexed out or towing off-road.
