Rusty's HD Steering System - JK Wrangler - Drag Link Flip Configuration

When we released our original HD Steering System with replaceable Cartridge-style ends, it was very well received and remains the most versatile and upgradable steering kit on the market for the JK. But, people asked for a slightly more affordable alternative. We went back to the drawing board and developed a system with the same HD features as our original version, but with complete replacement ends as opposed to cartridges. The original version offers less cost for replacement components and some more versatility with certain configurations, while this version offers less up-front cost. Both otherwise feature HD components that won't let you down, so it's hard to go wrong with either one!
Rusty's HD Steering Kit for the JK Wrangler works great as a stand-alone replacement upgrade and creates a steering system that is nearly indestructible! Sold as a complete unit that includes the complete tie rod and drag link assemblies with ends, plus a steering stabilizer bracket. Rusty's JK Steering Kit starts with a massive 1.75" x 0.250-wall DOM tubing for both the tie rod and the drag link. Equally massive 1.25 threaded zinc plated forged adjustable ends thread into the heavy-wall tubing with jam nuts and HD steering stabilizer bracket.
The JK's factory steering linkage is complicated and features compound angles that don't respond well to lifts over any heights and the system has also proven to have a few weak points. The Rusty's Steering for 2007-2018 JK Wranglers is beefier than anything on the market and addresses the factory shortcomings while adding significant strength all at the same time! With the JK being over 10 years old there are many needing steering replacements, well there are many companies out there with parts , look at them all and you will see that with the Rusty's Steering Kit there is nothing out there as massive, strong, easy to install and has the great price it has.
On Non - Rubicon models with factory sport or factory steel wheels, a 1/4 inch front spacer may be required. Since the Rusty's tie rod ends are so massive they make contact with the edge of the factory wheels. All after market custom wheels will have no issues.
