Description

Rusty’s RX100 Hydro Performance Shock Absorbers are designed specifically for the unique needs of Jeep vehicles. They provide excellent ride characteristics on the street but are also valved for optimum off-road performance. Available for both stock height and lifted vehicles with extended lengths up to 35 inches, Rusty’s is sure to have an RX100 to fit your needs.

The RX100 starts with a twin-tube design that increases oil capacity to resist foaming and shock fade. A 5/8” diameter chrome hardened piston shaft minimizes seal wear and provides superior longevity. Double-welded mounts on either end provide the strength to hold up to severe off-road use, while the shock body is coated with a 240-hour salt spray resistant finish so that the shocks will keep looking good for years to come.

Inside, a 1-3/8” diameter piston contains 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for good manners on and off the road. The shocks are also valved specifically for each application; no one-size-fits-all mentality here! An internal rebound bumper helps prevent harshness and damage should the shock bottom out. Each shock comes complete with high-quality domestically-made polyurethane bushings and related hardware. The RX100 shocks are built to Rusty’s specifications by Tenneco, which is the world’s largest shock manufacturer and well known for quality.
