Rusty's XJ Rear Crawler High Clearance Steel Fender Flares - XJ 4-Door

Rusty's crawler high clearance fender flares are the direct result of customer requests for better, more unique body armor for the XJ Cherokee, and we delivered! Rusty's new XJ Extreme-Clearance Fender Flares are built for hardcore trail use and combine aggressive styling with excellent functionality. The body panels are constructed of 1/8" steel, while the flare portion is 3/16". All of the fender components are laser-cut, CNC formed, and then robotically welded for an exact fit. In fact, the flares are constructed in such a way that there are no welds visible on the exterior, so they have strength and good looks to match! Whether you're trying to protect your XJ from damage on the trail or need to cover up some existing trail boo-boos, these are a great solution!

The crawler high clearance fenders offer the most clearance possible, with that being said there is a lot of trimming of the factory fenders required to allow for installation. Both the front and rear fender flares are positioned 2" above the main horizontal body line to allow for most clearance as possible. The rear fenders are 4" wide at their widest point. Both front and rear fenders taper to provide an aggressive look.
