Rusty's Builder Joints were designed and manufactured with quality, reliability and strength as our first priority.
These joints are perfect for the fabricator, whether you are building a custom 3- or 4-link, adding some additional strength and flex to an older arm, or just decided you wanted to do it yourself. Now matter what you have in mind, these joints will do the job. They are CNC machined for a perfect fit, and the adjustable spanner nut allows you to dial in the perfect amount of pre-load. With the spanner nut, as the joint wears, it can be easily adjusted to keep them quiet and tight. You simply tighten the spanner nut to the desired pressure and tighten the set screw. Delrin bearing races and a chromed spherical bearing provide high strength and a superior fit that are also much stronger than other poly style races.
Always remember to grease the joints regularly. Rusty's recommends servicing the joints with every oil change and after every weekend of trail riding.
