1.75” to 2” Budget Boosts – Affordable Lift, Easy Install
Ideal for correcting factory sag or adding just enough height to clear 30-inch tires, our 1.75” spacer and shackle or add-a-leaf kits are affordable and easy to install. They're a perfect starting point for daily-driven XJs or light trail use.
3” to 4.5” Lift Kits – Balanced Performance On and Off the Road
Rusty’s 3" and 4.5" kits are among the most popular in our catalog. With progressive-rate coils, full-length add-a-leafs or multi-leaf packs, and properly valved shocks, these systems offer great ride quality, tire clearance (31 to 33"), and trail handling. Upgrade paths include adjustable control arms, sway bar disconnects, and our HD track bars.
6.5” to 8.5” Long Travel Systems – Big Lift, Big Capability
Built for serious off-roaders, our long-travel systems are offered in multiple front suspension configurations: Radius Arm, 3-Link, 4-Link, and Competition 4-Link. All use fully adjustable arms with forged flex joints, Clevite bushings, and 2” DOM construction, plus HD crossmembers and unibody reinforcement brackets, all bolt-on for strength and ease of install.
Our top-tier 8.5"/6.5" kits include over-the-knuckle steering, sway bar disconnects, drop pitman arms, and extended stainless brake lines, clearing 35s with room to flex. Competition systems are race-proven with 1.25” heim joints and expanded bracket strength, ideal for JeepSpeed builds.
