Rusty's JT Gladiator 4" Overland Advanced Kit

Rusty’s 4" Overland Advanced Kit for the JT Gladiator was specifically developed to carry the increasing loads we are seeing people take on their overland trips. In the previous coil spring suspension kits using a coil in the rear we couldn't be happier with the performance but in the overland market, the increasing loads of 500 lbs. to well over 1000 lbs. even the triple rate coils just couldn't keep the load level. We spent well over a year working on different designs, and spring rates and to be able to have decent ride, great handling and carry these large loads, a coil spring just won't do the job right. 

The answer was Rear Air Bags, these are Not an insert bag into your conventional coil springs, these are a completely air bag suspension, the coil spring is completely removed from the vehicle in the rear. This kit is also a bolt-on kit, requires to cutting or welding and someone with good knowledge of 4x4's, Jeeps and installing a suspension can easily install. Installation instructions are included that easily guide you each step of installing the Rusty's Overland Kit. 

The Rusty's Overland Kit includes the proven Advance Kit standard products in the front, such as massive upper and lower control arms, front adjustable trac bar, sway bar links, upper and lower isolators as well as the massive rear control arms, sway bar links and trac bar. Once the kit is installed, just select the button on the hardwired TouchPad and get ready to load your gear into your vehicle for one of the best experiences possible. 

The Rusty's Overland Kit comes with a 3 gallon seamless air tank and a quality air compressor protectively mounted under the vehicle to operate the rear air suspension but also can be used for any air needs. 

Now that you are ready for your next adventure, Load your gear in the bed or hook the trailer or boat to the hitch and with a push of the button on the TouchPad, the vehicle will level front to rear and left to right to a preset sensor that provides accurate leveling regardless of load.

The Gladiator 4 inch Advance comes complete with all 4 sets of Rusty's massive and beefy adjustable control arms. Offered in both Rusty's rebuild-able Flex Joints or Rusty's Rubber Flex Bushings. 

Attention to detail with the Rusty's 4 inch Advance Kit is what separates this kit from the rest. Jeep had an issue when the JL Wrangler came out with the trac bar frame mount on the front cracking, Rusty's jumped right on this issue and designed and manufactured a frame brace so with the extra stress of the lifted vehicle and larger tires, it would eliminate the cracking while also reduce frame flex. All of Rusty's Gladiator kits come with this brace. The Rusty's Advance Kits also come with a front & rear brake line extentions, the rear also works as a double shear mount for the rear sway bar links.
